Calling your new phone number will ring your desk directly, unless indicated or instructed otherwise. You are also assigned an internal extension which is used to make internal office calls. To make a call, first dial 9 for an outside line. For more information on how to use your desk phone, please download the Phone User Guide.

If you require a headset, those in the following list are compatible with the Cambria phone system:

Unless instructed otherwise, your voicemail box number is the same as your internal extension. To retrieve your voicemail from outside the building, dial (215) 604-6198. After the voicemail system answers, press #, enter your mailbox number then enter your password. Alternatively, you may dial your external number to retrieve your voicemail if it rings your desk directly. For a quick list of commonly used functions, download the Voicemail Pocket Guide.

To receive an Efax, simply check your Cambria email account. Your new faxes will appear in your inbox.

All Efaxes are sent and received through your Cambria email account. Sending an Efax is similar to sending an email.
To send an Efax, address the email to faxnumber@fax.back. For example, to send a fax to 215-555-1212, you would put 2155551212@fax.back in the To: field of the email. Remember to use dialing rules like adding a 1 prefix for long distance. Adding a 9 prefix for an outside line is not necessary. Attach any PDF files you would like to send as this will be the body of the fax message.

When replying to an Efax, you must follow the instructions above for sending an Efax by typing faxnumber@fax.back in the To: field. Clicking the Reply button then Send without typing in an address will send an email and therefore not reach the sender of the fax.

You can send traditional faxes through the multifunction devices in the copy center. Before you can begin faxing you must first gain access using your copier code. To send a fax, prefix all fax numbers with a 9 for an outside line. For more information regarding faxing, please refer to the fax section of the Multifunction User Guide - Ricoh Aficio 2232C or the Multifunction User Guide - Ricoh Aficio MP C2500.

Both black and white and color copies can be made with the multifunction devices in the copy center. To begin making copies you must first gain access using your copier code. For more information regarding copying, please refer to the copy section of the Multifunction User Guide - Ricoh Aficio 2232C or the Multifunction User Guide - Ricoh Aficio MP C2500.
