Calling your new phone number will ring your desk directly, unless indicated or instructed otherwise.
You are also assigned an internal extension which is used to make internal office calls.
To make a call, first dial 9 for an outside line.

If you require a headset, those in the following list are compatible with the Cambria phone system:
Unless instructed otherwise, your voicemail box number is the same as your internal extension.
To retrieve your voicemail from outside the building, dial (215) 604-6198.
After the voicemail system answers, press #, enter your mailbox number then enter your password.
Alternatively, you may dial your external number to retrieve your voicemail if it rings your desk directly.
In this case you only need to press # and enter your password after the voicemail system answers.

Internet access is obtained by connecting to the Cambria network. You will be connected automatically by using an ethernet networking cable
to plug your computer into the left D# network outlet in your office suite. You also need to confirm that your computer is using automatic networking settings.
To confirm your networking settings:
Open the Network Connections folder from the Settings menu
Right-click on Local Area Connection then click Properties
Scroll down to Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), the checkbox is filled in
Highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties
On the General tab, "Obtain an IP address automatically" is enabled
On the General tab, "Obtain DNS server address automatically" is enabled
If "Obtain an IP address automatically" or "Obtain DNS server address automatically" is not enabled,
make a note of the settings on the General tab for future reference. Then enable both options and click Ok, then Close.
All email accounts are in the format firstname.lastname@cambriacenter.com and come with 10MB of storage space.
Use the following settings to set up your email client, passwords are case sensitive:
Email Account Type: POP3
Incoming Mail Server / POP3 Server: email.cambriacenter.com
Outgoing Mail Server / SMTP Server: email.cambriacenter.com
User Name: First part of your email address, for example username@cambriacenter.com
Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication: use same settings as incoming mail server
To set up your email account in Outlook:
From within Outlook, click on Tools, E-mail Accounts
Add a New E-Mail Account
Select POP3
Fill out the settings using the information above and your assigned email address and password
Fill out additional settings by clicking the More Settings button, then click Outgoing Server tab
To receive an Efax, simply check your Cambria email account. Your new faxes will appear in your inbox.
All Efaxes are sent and received through your Cambria email account. Sending an Efax is similar to sending an email.
To send an Efax, address the email to faxnumber@fax.back. For example, to send a fax to 215-555-1212,
you would put 2155551212@fax.back in the To: field of the email. Remember to use dialing rules like adding a 1 prefix
for long distance. Adding a 9 prefix for an outside line is not necessary. Attach any PDF files you would like to send
as this will be the body of the fax message.
When replying to an Efax, you must follow the instructions above for sending an Efax by typing faxnumber@fax.back in the To: field.
Clicking the Reply button then Send without typing in an address will send an email and therefore not reach the sender of the fax.
You can send traditional faxes through the multifunction devices in the copy center.
Before you can begin faxing you must first gain access using your copier code.
To send a fax, prefix all fax numbers with a 9 for an outside line.
